Tasting Notes

• Nose: Stone fruits with baked apples and a dusting of nutmeg are joined with creamy vanilla custard and malted milk biscuits
• Palate: Rounded layers of runny, buttery toffee and hints of citrus zest open the way for syrupy, fruit studded flap jack and banana bread
• Maturation: Oloroso & PX sherry casks, refill casks and 20% Bourbon cask
• Presentation: Non Chilled filtered, Natural colouring
