• Nose: Sultanas with figs and balanced with a dark honey finish
• Palate: Liquid Christmas cake !, toasted almonds and just a hint of orange spice. A little water opens up the depth and complexity of this dram with the Oloroso sherry cask coming to the fore. Thick syrupy mouthfeel with this dram
• Maturation: Oloroso sherry casks
• Presentation: Non Chilled filtered and natural colouring
