Nose
Initial smell of a mechanics workshop gives way to dense rich fruits, plums raisins and blackberries. Old leather armchair with sweet back notes.
Palate
Thick oily dram, initial sweetness from stewed plums and dark fruits, baking spices linger on the palate with burnt sugar and nut praline. A very approachable dram.
Maturation
Blend of grain and Malt whiskies finished in active Oloroso Sherry casks.
