SMWS bottling 4.406 Sweetly soothing smoke

Nose

Sweet heathery smoke, bread and butter pudding with chocolate chip brioche. Ozone coastal notes with dried lobster creels and seaweed. Gorse appears at the end, which brings a pleasant tannic floral aroma.

Palate

Syrupy texture, burnt pancakes with smoked maple syrup, vanilla and pine nuts. Hints of sea spray wash over the palate. A drop of water brings out buttery toffee and a smooth finish.
