• Nose: Sea spray and coastal peat join zesty notes of orange pel and salted lemons, malt bisuits and cocoa
• Palate: Sweet and salty with a tangle of menthol and fresh fruits with a hint of smouldering beach bonfire embers. Peppery warmth to finish
• Maturation: Combination of Ex bourbon and ex Olorosso sherry casks
• Presentation: Non Chill filtered / Natural colour
