Tasting Notes

• Nose: Initial sweet spicy hit with honeycomb, a citrusy or tropical fruit like tang with a soft dunnage funk, soft smoke and oak spice
• Palate: Soft Oily texture brings more honeycomb and pineapple sweetness. Milk chocolate, marzipan and a very gentle wood smoke and spice
• Maturation: 60% Bourbon casks & 40% Sherry casks
• Presentation: Non Chilled filtered & Natural colouring
