Tasting Notes

• Nose: Sweet, floral and aromatic with notes of peach, grapefruit and raisins.
• Palate: Red berries and jasmine introduce this whiskey, the peach and grapefruit on the nose present themselves as stewed warm fruits on the palate with a brown sugar caramelised finish
• Maturation: Bourbon, Olorosso sherry finished for minimum 10 - 12 months in Moscatel casks
• Presentation: Non Chilled filtered & Natural colouring
