Tasting Notes

• Nose: Apple crumble, melon and raisins. Honey barley and a little hint of smoke and vanilla ice cream.
• Palate: Opens up very sweet with pineapple and custard creams, though the meatiness soon shines through. More smoke on the palate than on the nose with a touch of clove and Oak, waxy oily dram
• Maturation: Ex Bourbon and Sherry casks finished in first fill sherry & bourbon
• Presentation: Non chilled filtered & Natural colouring
