Tasting Notes

• Nose: Medjool dates, sticky toffee pudding notes initially, followed by rich treacle, stewed plums and a burst of blood orange zest. Delicate peat smoke lingers in the background
• Palate: Peat smoke continues on the palate along with notes of smoked figs, caramelised brown sugar, cigar box, blackberries and Iberica ham.
• Maturation: 65% Port, 25% bourbon, 5% rum & 5% sherry
• Presentation: Non Chilled filtered & Natural colouring
