Nose

Medjool dates, sticky toffee pudding notes initially, followed by rich treacle, stewed plums and a burst of blood orange zest. Delicate peat smoke lingers in the background

Palate

Peat smoke continues on the palate along with notes of smoked figs, caramelised brown sugar, cigar box, blackberries and Iberica ham.

65% Port, 25% bourbon, 5% rum & 5% sherry
