Tasting Notes

• Nose: Full bodied and waxy. Old school style Pot still oils and spices interlaced with stewed damsons, dried raisins, pine cones and rich date and ginger cake laced with Vanilla and marzipan icing
• Palate: Red apples and boiled buttery candy sweets gives way to roasted coffee beans and sticky ginger cake. Oloroso sherry casks come to the fore with rich notes of roasted walnuts, mocha, dark chocolate, liquorice and dried stone fruits. Warming baking spices to finish
• Maturation: Port and Oloroso sherry casks
• Presentation: Non Chill Filtered, natural colouring
