• Nose: Stewed pears and caramelised brown sugar, fresh apricots, peach and white grapes
• Palate: Caramel stewed orchard fruits with the sherry cask presenting dark stone fruits and spices, prunes and raisins with a finish of cloves and nutmeg
• Maturation: American oak finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry cask
• Presentation: Single cask, Non chill filtered / natural colour
