Tasting Notes

• Nose: Vanilla and caramel with a biscuity oak light spice. Dried orchard fruit, figs and raisins with Orange peel and citrus oils
• Palate: Rich caramel sweetness with spicy oak and mellow tannins. Dried fruits with figs, plums and raisins with a savoury sourdough bread
• Maturation: Bourbon cask and 2nd fill Palo Cortado Sherry cask
• Presentation: Non Chilled filtered & Natural colouring - single cask
