Tasting Notes

• Nose: Clean and crisp, cut green apple, white grapes and a hint of pear. Buttery mouthfeel crème anglaise with a crisp buttery pastry
• Palate: Velvety smooth texture, toffee sweet to start with a splash of lemon citrus acidity and light spiciness. Overall crisp and clear yet a very rich and rounded dram.
• Maturation: Bourbon casks finished in Chardonnay de Bourgogne French Oak casks
• Presentation: Non Chilled filtered and natural colouring
