• Nose: Dried fruits toffee & butterscotch, orhard fruits predomantly pear and baking spices vanilla and honey
• Palate: Caramel barley sugar, rich fruitcake from the PX sherry cask, warming cinnamon and black pepper with a cereal / malty note on the finish
• Maturation: First fill Bourbon and finished in Pedro Ximenez casks
• Presentation: Non Chill Filtered, natural colouring
