Tasting Notes

• Nose: Brazin nut toffee brittle, with sweet vanilla custard notes and baking spices, followed by milk chocolate covered raisins and a suggestion of spiced orange
• Palate: Rich, sweet and oily on the palate, notes of smoked orange toffee and stewed peaches on a smouldering campfire. Dried fruit notes with hints of ground coffee and liquorice root.
• Maturation: Bourbon casks and PX Sherry casks
• Presentation: Non Chilled filtered & Natural colouring
