Nose

Very woody with Breakfast bar, sweet grains and dark chocolate. Cranberry with flaky danish pastry. Fruitiness of a Beaujolais wine, orange peel and a surprising note of citrus hops.

Palate

Complex and structured arrival. Crisp wine acidity meets the deep, nutty complexity of old, oxidised red wine. Earl Grey tea welcomes back the breakfast theme on the nose with nutty dried fruits and cereal notes. Resinous tones from the oak and sticky stone pine resin. A savoury palate with dried herbs, oregano and tyme on the finish.
