Nose

Initial sweetness with grassy notes, quite youthful. light caramel wafer and milk chocolate. There is a background nose of wintergreen which warms the nose.

Palate

Sweet flavours with a grassy / wet hay note. Quite spiky / slightly fizzy on the palate from the clean youthful presentation. A drop of water really brings the fruit notes forward, crisp apple and pear.

First fill Ex Bourbon casks
