Tasting Notes

• Nose: Bold aroma of marmalade and figs, walnut oil joined by fragrant heather honey. Slight meatiness on the nose.
• Palate: Robust spices, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg, vanilla cream coated sticky baklava with a dark chocolate finish
• Maturation: 2nd fill ex oloroso sherry hogsheads
• Presentation: Single cask, Non chilled filtered & Natural colouring
