Tasting Notes

• Nose: Very fruity, syrupy marmalade with lots of red berries, layers of nuttiness especially hazelnuts with wood and spice notes.
• Palate: Bold arrival with spiced notes. The fruit is there but it’s the wood and spice notes from the Sherry casks which are upfront. Clove, pepper, ginger and cinnamon arrive. Sweek salinity and oak on the finish
• Maturation: Sherry cask matured
• Presentation: Non Chilled filtered & Natural colouring
