• Nose: Fruits galore, boozy dried raisins and dates, fresh juicy tropical notes, berry jam on flaky buttered croissants
• Palate: Chocolate fudge and flamed brown sugar, dark fruits, blackberry crumble with gentle bitter rick oak
• Maturation: PX & Oloroso Sherry casks, finished in Douro Valley Port casks
• Presentation: Non Chilled filtered, Natural colouring
