• Nose: Dark cherries, golden syrup and sweet spices to the fore, hints of coffee glazed figs and hazelnuts
• Palate: Glenallachie heather honey hallmark with orange peel, cocoa and ginger with caramelised brown sugar on the finish
• Maturation: Bourbon finished in Oloroso sherry casks
• Presentation: Non chilled filtered & Natural colouring
