Tasting Notes

• Nose: Chinkapin Oak cask dominates with orchard fruits, sweet nose with a back note of freshly baked bread and serrano ham
• Palate: Sweet, dark syrupy notes including manuka honey, dried figs, cherries and mollasses cake. Touch of water brings chocolate, ciniammon with pecan nuts
• Maturation: Ex Bourbon cask finished in 1st fill HTMC Chinkapin Oak barrel
• Presentation: Single cask, non chill filtered & natural colour
