Nose

Fresh, crisp orchard fruits predominantly green apple but definitely notes of pear follow. Caramel, vanilla fudge with light floral sweetness finishes with the wood notes of the oak casks.

Palate

Sweet caramelised toffee apples, rich barley sugar, peppery oak spices and baking spices, cinnamon and nutmeg. The spice of the oak appears again with a pleasant warming finish.

Maturation

First fill ex bourbon and virgin American oak casks
