Nose
Very creamy, vanilla custard. The smoke develops gradually rather than overpowering the other aromas which are present. Menthol freshness gives way to toasted marshmallows herbs appear as you continue to nose.
Palate
Incredibly well balanced, rich and creamy with a slight medicinal hint. There is a whisper of smoke on the palate, this integrates perfectly with the rich creamy sweetness from the bourbon cask. Effervescent fizz leads to Sugary almonds at the finish.
Maturation
Predominantly bourbon casks with a finish in Oloroso sherry cask.
