Nose

Sweet confectionery, soft fudge, pear drops and marzipan. Subtle hints of peat smoke, like toasting marshmallows on a camp fire.

Palate

Zesty with citrus notes of lemon cheesecake. An oily mouthfeel with mild peat smoke. Spicy notes develop with pepper and on the finish sticky toffee pudding, pecan pie and butterscotch.

Maturation

70% Bourbon casks, 30% Sherry
