Nose

The mineral spring water used in Daftmill presents a very mild swimming pool like chlorine note, it’s quite pleasant entwined with the esters from the bourbon barrel. Vanilla, sweet orchard fruits with subtle hints of oak and baking spices round this dram

Palate

Vanilla custard, stewed fruits barley sugar with a long finish with slight oak tannins. A mouth coating, satisfying dram.

2nd fill ex bourbon 95% & PX Sherry cask 5%
