Notes of fig rolls, date syrup, plums and star anise. Whisp of campfire smoke

Palate

A savoury element becomes more pronounced on the palate with notes of Burdock, shitake mushrooms tamari soy sauce and liquorice. A few drops of water brings out sweetness, barley sugar and light heather honey.

Maturation

60% Bourbon casks and 40% Olorosso sherry casks
