• Nose: Rich chocolate, mocha and salted caramel with notes of orange zest, heather honey and winter truffle
• Palate: Dried orchard fruits, mocha and black forest gateaux, followed by muscovado sugar, honeycomb and treacle with cinnamon and crystalised ginger on the finish
• Maturation: Oloroso sherry hogshead
• Presentation: Single cask, Non chilled filtered & Natural colouring
